Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- Product received within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Product unused, in its original packaging and sealed condition.
- Products must
- be returned with all original packaging.
- Damage or defect must be reported immediately upon receipt — ideally 24 hours or maximum 2-3 days.
How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
- Contact Customer Support via Email / WhatsApp / Phone within the return window. Provide:
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for return/defect
- Clear photos showing damage/defect
Customer Support will review the request and provide instructions if the return/exchange is approved.
Once approved, ship the item back to our address using any reliable courier.
Who Bears Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage in transit) → we pay the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to the customer’s change of mind, damage after opening, incorrect usage, etc customer pays shipping.
Refund / Exchange / Replacement
- Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Exchange / Replacement: If the same item is available, we will send a replacement instead of a refund on request.
- If the item is out of stock, the option of a refund or a credit voucher will be offered.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the shipping process has not started.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but the return/exchange policy may apply after delivery.
