Eligibility for Return / Exchange

Product received within 7 days of the delivery date.
Product unused, in its original packaging and sealed condition.
Products must
be returned with all original packaging.
Damage or defect must be reported immediately upon receipt — ideally 24 hours or maximum 2-3 days.

How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

Contact Customer Support via Email / WhatsApp / Phone within the return window. Provide:

Order number
Product name(s)
Reason for return/defect
Clear photos showing damage/defect

Customer Support will review the request and provide instructions if the return/exchange is approved.

Once approved, ship the item back to our address using any reliable courier.

Who Bears Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage in transit) → we pay the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s change of mind, damage after opening, incorrect usage, etc customer pays shipping.

Refund / Exchange / Replacement

Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchange / Replacement: If the same item is available, we will send a replacement instead of a refund on request.
If the item is out of stock, the option of a refund or a credit voucher will be offered.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the shipping process has not started.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but the return/exchange policy may apply after delivery.
